Family Law Mediation Program seeks qualified mediator applications through March 27

Applications are being accepted for mediators interested in working with the Family Mediation Program. To qualify, applicants must either meet the requirements outlined in Rule 8.9 or have completed at least 40 hours of mediation training and possess four years of experience in family mediation, averaging six cases per year.

Applicants are asked to submit their credentials, including a resume and proof of training, to the Family Law Mediation Program Administrator by March 27, 2026. Applications should be sent to Cathy Ferderer at the North Dakota Supreme Court, located at 600 East Boulevard Ave Dept 180, Bismarck, ND 58505-0530.
