The North Dakota Supreme Court has issued a Notice of Comment regarding proposed amendments to the North Dakota Rules of Professional Conduct. The changes concern Rule 1.4, which addresses communication, and Rule 1.15, which pertains to the safekeeping of property and professional liability insurance disclosure.

This action is being taken in accordance with Section 7 of the North Dakota Rules of Procedure.
