The North Dakota Supreme Court is seeking applicants for a part-time, temporary Case Aide position in the Juvenile Court located in Williston. The role pays $18.56 per hour and involves working 10 to 20 hours per week with flexible evening and weekend shifts.

The Case Aide will work closely with youth involved in the juvenile justice system, specifically those participating in the Juvenile Drug Court Program. Responsibilities include administering drug tests, conducting curfew checks both by phone and in person, assisting with electronic monitoring devices, mentoring participants, completing paperwork, and reporting any suspected neglect or abuse as required by law.

Applicants must have a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license or equivalent mobility. The job requires strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with the public and maintain confidentiality of information. Physical requirements for the position include sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, seeing, reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
